7) Wait for results
8) Review your search results this will tell you if there are patents like you’re on the market.
9) if the search is good then it time to put up more money for patent paper work that has to go to the Us patent office or whatever patent office you have in your country.
10) Try to make a prototype if you can some stuff is just too big and costly for you to make a prototype. It's not always necessary to have one.

Be Inventive And become Unemployable
I just got good word from my patent attorney about my new invention called the Pump Loader. This is the first step to a patent is the attorney for a patent search it came back very well with my chance of landing a utility patent in their opinion is excellent.
This allows me to build a site or blog for it for and to teach the process to all and to find for a buyer.
The Pump loader will allow for fast delivery of cement.
The truck will be semi self cleaning and have lot of other add on's to make the job better and more profitable.
